Measles Outbreak Slowing Down—Finally!

Measles cases in the US might finally be leveling off, according to the CDC. Most of the 1,200+ cases were in the southwest, but numbers are dropping. The new vaccine advisory committee (which has some controversy) got the update: things are looking better, but they’re still watching for new cases. Bonus: Bird flu in cows and people is also cooling off, with no new human cases in 15 weeks.
