Beauty Didn’t Fix the Loneliness at Panorama Ridge

I hiked Panorama Ridge last summer, thinking the view would swallow up everything else. The photos look unreal—glacial blue, mountains like they’re carved from another planet. But I remember standing at the top, wind cutting through my jacket, and feeling more exposed than inspired. Everyone says places like this change you. Maybe they do. But I mostly felt how far I’d come to be alone with myself, and how little that actually changed anything. I took a hundred photos. I posted none. Sometimes the most beautiful places just make the silence louder. #Travel #SoloTravelTruth #PostTripReality
