Golf Course Living: Not So Green?

Turns out, living near a golf course isn’t just about pretty views and peace & quiet. A new study found people living within a mile of a golf course had a 126% higher chance of developing Parkinson’s disease! Researchers think pesticides used on those lush greens could be the culprit, especially in areas with vulnerable groundwater. The study didn’t measure exact pesticide exposure, but it’s definitely raising eyebrows about what’s in the water (and air) around those fairways. Would you rethink living by a golf course after this? #Health #BodyHealth #Parkinsons
