What I Really Bought This Quarter (Fragrance Version)

After a brutal round of decluttering last year, I swore I’d stop blind-buying full-size bottles just because someone on the internet said it smelled like a Parisian afternoon. This year, I’ve stuck to samples. It’s saved me money and helped me stay under my “one-in, one-out” bottle rule. 🟠 Nicolai Cap Neroli – Citrus, slightly bitter, with an adult sort of warmth. I smelled it once at a boutique and couldn’t forget it. Feels like wearing a crisp shirt to a job you don’t hate. 🌿 Mossy Fig Leaf – Picked it up when I was feeling low in February. A green, soapy fig with a quiet floral undercurrent. Felt like fresh laundry and better days. 🍑 Documents First Fruit – Overhyped? Maybe. But the sharp green peach and gardenia combo is addicting in spring light. 🍚 Ayou Rice & Sandalwood – The softest thing. Like steamed pudding in sweater weather. 🍊 Frapin Bois Blanc – Boozy citrus wood. Surprisingly wearable now that it’s warm. #beauty #fragrance #ScentConfession
