Metro Phoenix just lost nearly 20 restaurants in June—yep, even long-timers like Chart House (35 years!) and Joe’s Crab Shack. From pizzerias to coffee shops, spots all over the Valley are shutting down, mostly due to lease issues and ownership changes. Some will reopen with new vibes, but others are gone for good.
