🐾 Day 60 with Grace: I think she slowed me down. And that’s not a bad thing. 🌿🕰️

I used to rush everything. Brush teeth while checking emails. Walk fast. Eat faster. Even on my days off, I’d multitask like my life depended on it. But Grace… she doesn’t move fast unless she has to. She stops to sniff every third leaf. She sits on the sidewalk if the sun feels good. She refuses to rush for anyone. And I guess I started copying her. I noticed today I finished my tea while it was still warm — instead of letting it go cold. I watched the sky change color, just because it was pretty. I even said “no” to a call and sat on the porch instead. She didn’t just need a calm home. I think… I needed one too. #Pets #Dogs
