Disney’s Iconic River Ride Bids Farewell

Big changes at Disney World! The classic Rivers of America, Tom Sawyer Island, and the Liberty Belle are closing for good after today. Disney’s making way for a brand new Cars-themed Piston Peak National Park, inspired by the Rockies and the American Frontier. Fans are nostalgic (and a little heartbroken) since these rides have been around since the ‘70s.
