The AI assistant made me run through the same checklist THREE TIMES: -Unplug modem -Wait 30 seconds -Plug it back in It still didn’t work, obviously. When I finally typed times of “human, HELP”—it transferred me. The rep on the phone booked a tech for tomorrow. It’s so dumb that we have to literally beg bots just to get a person.
