All depends on my personal experiences: First, Don’t rush into advanced poses right away. Start with basic poses and focus on mastering the fundamentals. Second, focus on breath! Inhale deeply through your nose, and exhale slowly. Try to synchronize your movements with your breath. And, Stay Hydrated. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after practice.
