Nitro fumes aren’t exactly “eco-friendly”… but try telling that to my lungs

Saw another article moaning about how nitromethane isn’t “sustainable,” and it’s true — burning 15 gallons in 3.7 seconds is about the least green thing imaginable. But honestly? I’ll die happy with my sinuses on fire. There’s no smell on earth like a Top Fuel warmup. Sure, long term the sport probably needs an answer, but anyone suggesting electric dragsters better figure out how to recreate that chest-punch before I’m on board. #NHRA #DragRacing #EcoFail #RacingLife
