Shocked! My 'Raise' Was Actually a Pay Cut 😱💸

Hey friends, I just found out something that really threw me for a loop at work. Unless you got a 5.4% raise this year, you actually took a pay cut because of inflation! I only got a 3% bump, and now I feel like all my hard work is worth less than before. It's honestly super discouraging. I’ve been putting in extra hours, hoping for recognition, but now I feel like I’m falling behind. Has anyone else experienced this?
