Rippey vs. Kinney: OT Thriller for the Ages

Wow, what a showdown in Rock Hill! Deron Rippey (aka the Jersey Jet) and Kentucky’s own Tay Kinney put on a point guard clinic in front of a packed house, both making their case as Louisville’s next floor general. Rippey’s clutch threes and game-tying plays forced OT, then sealed it with a buzzer-beater assist. Kinney nearly answered with a miracle heave, but it rimmed out.
