why I stopped targeting spawning bass

Used to love sight fishing beds - easy catches, watching fish react to baits. But seeing boat after boat hitting the same spawning flats, pulling fish off nests repeatedly? Left me sick. We're disrupting bass during their most vulnerable time when they're just trying to reproduce. Sure it's fun, but there are plenty of other bass to chase that aren't defending their future.
