You know those trends that just exploded onto the scene, were everywhere for a hot second, and then vanished, leaving us all wondering, "How did that even happen" Here are a few that still haunt my sartorial memories: 👔 The Backwards Look. Wearing shirts and jackets... reversed. Was there ever a practical or stylish reason for this. I'm still confused. 👔 The Layered Look. Specifically, those pre-stitched polo shirts with a long-sleeved tee peeking out. And often, they came with some baffling, raised-letter branding like "Life & Legend" plastered across the back. A truly perplexing garment. 👔 The Giant Suit. For a while, men's suits seemed to balloon to cartoonish proportions. Even big guys looked like kids swimming in their grandpa's wardrobe. 👔 The Chunky Leather Bracelet. Think roughly 2002-2005. Everywhere you looked, men were sporting those massive leather cuff bracelets. Just can't understand what's good about it.
