While first-rounder Ricky Pearsall is getting plenty of buzz, The Athletic’s Vic Tafur is betting on Jacob Cowing to break out. Cowing’s 4.3 speed and special teams chops could make him the go-to gadget guy in Kyle Shanahan’s offense.
