Big news for Charlotte’s healthcare scene: Novant Health is planning to train 100 new doctors right here by 2032! They’re expanding residencies in everything from surgery to neurology and even adding a special urban family medicine track. First recruits start in 2027. With more med students coming in from Wake Forest too, Charlotte’s about to become a major hub for future docs. More training slots = more doctors sticking around after graduation.
