Heads up if you buy frozen sprouted beans! Chetak LLC just recalled certain lots of their Deep Sprouted Mat (Moth) and Moong because they might have Salmonella. This bacteria can cause some nasty stomach issues and is especially risky for kids, seniors, and anyone with a weak immune system.
