rule did not change just the people who rake the bunker. used to be volunteers now the caddy does. should have kept the volunteers

It has been and always will be the caddies job to fix the bunker marks his golfer made. These caddies go to school to learn the proper PGA's way they want it done. He should not have been put in this situation by another golfers lazy caddie.
