My Boss Micromanages Everything I Do! 😤

Hey everyone, I really need your advice right now. I'm dealing with a situation at work that's driving me absolutely crazy! 😩 My manager Sarah literally checks on me every 30 minutes and questions every single decision I make. She wants updates on projects that are due next week, asks me to CC her on ALL my emails, and even monitors how long I take for lunch breaks. 🙄 I've been at this company for two years and have always gotten great performance reviews. But ever since she got promoted three months ago, it feels like she doesn't trust me to do anything independently. I'm starting to dread coming to work every day.
