Who else remembers when Chris Carter, the former Bronx Bomber, was launching moonshots in pinstripes? While MLB moved on, Carter never stopped mashing. He just crushed his 500th professional homer—most recently for Campeche in Mexico. Sure, he only hit 158 in the bigs, but add in his minor league and international bombs, and the guy’s a true slugger. Not many can say they’ve hit 500 out, no matter where they play.
