Lost My $21/Hour Dream Job - Now Broke and Desperate 😰

Hey everyone, I'm really struggling right now and could use some advice. Three weeks ago, I got laid off from my $21/hour position that I absolutely loved. The company said it was just "restructuring," but honestly, it feels like my whole world just crumbled. I've got about $2500 in my emergency fund, which seemed like a lot before but now feels like nothing. I keep hearing rumors about a $600 unemployment extension, but who knows if that's actually happening? 😕 The job market is absolutely brutal right now. Every decent position has hundreds of applicants, and the only calls I'm getting are for $7/hour gigs. I just can't bring myself to take such a massive pay cut - it feels like going backwards in life. I'm feeling so lost and scared about my future. Has anyone else been through something similar?
