But here's the problem - my new manager seems threatened by my success and is making my work life miserable. She's been excluding me from important meetings, giving my projects to junior developers, and even made snide comments about my "fancy lifestyle." I love my job and the company, but I'm starting to dread going to work every day. I'm torn between staying and fighting for my position or just walking away.
