Hard Lump on My Face. Not Cute. Not Leaving. Help.

Had one of those "oops, stayed up all night" kind of weeks, and boom—massive, angry pimple showed up like it pays rent. It popped (kinda violently), bled a bit, and I thought it was done. But no. There’s still a rock under my skin just... sitting there. Not red. Not squeezable. Just there. Is this my new facial feature now or what?? (pls say no 😭) #beauty #skincare #undertheskin
