they absolutely can and should if they feel it's going to be a liability... same as with pregnant women after a certain trimester... cannot and should not fly it's a medical liability... even if you sign waivers you're putting yourself and or your child at risk...

So let’s look at it this way so you have surgery and you get on that airlines mid flight you have a medical emergency no they managed to get back on the tarmac you get to the hospital and you survive but now you’re going to try to see the airline. Or the other way is you have a medical procedure you get on a plane mid flight you die now your family can try to sue. Their lines have to have some control

YES. In fact as privately owned companies, airlines can ban/ bar anyone, for any reason, for life. Flying is not a right but a privilege. I’m do not want to sit next to or be on a plane with someone who needs a medical clearance to fly. Then they become violently ill, or die? At 30 thousand feet? The passengers then might find the plane has to land in the middle of NOWHERE, miss their next flight, or are hours late, and THEN, the ill traveller DIES and news people want to blame the airline~which is NOT a hospital???
