What seemed like an ordinary day for Lilia Toscano turned into an unforgettable one when she spotted a rubber tote bag left on the roadside outside her Detroit home. Toscano knew that something was wrong and she rushed outside to investigate. After she moved closer to the bag, she realized that it was taped up.
