Why on earth did we think THIS was cool?? 😂

Since we are talking about some millennial hair. Who else remembers this infamous haircut? Just another entry in the book of millennial hair trauma. This look blew up when I was around 14 or 15 (circa 1995), but it didn’t stick around — definitely not like the iconic butt cut. Kind of the same way you guys thought wearing your pants waist down around your crotch making you look like you dropped a load in your pants was cool! FYI, it is not cute on babies to have their diapers hanging down to their knees, so an adult it is even worse. But you guys that it was cool, but it was not cool on girls. You thought it was unattractive! I would say that is double standards and right back at you, NOT ATTRACTIVE ON A GUY!

I seen people with this hair cut in Fort Smith, Ark. Around 1999-2001. My friend's brother and his friends had it. Then my family had it. It was more like how the girls had the long bangs hanging around the face. Someone had said it was like a rat tail but I'm front. And for some weird and crazy reason, it had become a style trend that time.
