Went out to my usual park spot today—beautiful weather, great bite—but once again, trash everywhere. Empty bait tubs, tangled line, even hooks just left on the bank… and that’s with trash cans every 100 yards! I always end up cleaning more than I catch. Yeah, sometimes I score a forgotten lure or knife, but come on—this is our shared space. Can we all just agree to pack out what we bring in? Or better yet, take a little extra with you? on any stream I fish I carry a strong trash bags and pick up every piece of trash I see I was actually thanked by a landowner once for doing that I ended up with two large bags of trash that day it disgusting how people use the great outdoors as a trash can it gives fisherman a bad name keep the land and water ways clean respect the fish and other wildlife
