I found this black, palm-sized device inside my car, on the passenger side near the door crack. It wasn’t hidden well, just sitting there, which is why it scared me even more. I’m very private and rarely have anyone in my vehicle. I clean and detail my car often, so I know it wasn’t there before. The thing even beeped, but I never saw any lights or anything on it. Wow....That is freaky for sure. Not sure what area your from but you can contact a security computer company they may have a way to back search this device. Thanks for posting this story... I truly hope u find more answers

Call non emergency number for police. Or take it into the station. Tell them you found it. They can advise you. If you bought your car used, it might be a previous rental fleet car.

used cars dealers install these trackers for obvious reasons. money is owed and if payments get behind, they'll collect the car from the deadbeat who owes them money.

Did you buy your car used? And uh, are you a credit risk?Because the uh car company probably put it in there.In case you don't make a payment so they can find the car and repossess it

The battery life on that model is approximately 2.5 weeks without a recharge, if something or someone was going to happen it would have been during that time span. Or are you sure its not your own tracker?
