Three climbers just pulled off a wild first ascent on Jirishanca’s east face in Peru—think 1,300m of gnarly, technical climbing in perfect conditions. They named the route Kolibri (which means hummingbird), and it’s already being called one of the most significant climbs of 2025. The trio spent two nights on the wall, tackled crazy-hard pitches, and topped out at over 6,000m. This one’s for the alpine climbing history books! #News #climbing #mountaineering
