UW star staying with the Blazers!

Portland just locked in some serious defensive firepower for next season! Matisse Thybulle, our homegrown UW Husky star, just exercised his $11.5 million option to stay with the Trail Blazers through 2025-26. Even though injuries limited him to just 15 games this past season, he still put up career-high numbers when he was on the court - 7.5 points and 2.2 steals per game. The Eastside Catholic product has been a fan favorite since joining Portland, and with a full season to get healthy, he could be the defensive anchor this team needs.
