Keep finding these weird hairs growing out of my scalp 😵❓

how old are you? did you recently give birth? growing up my hair was blonde however most ppls hair starts turning brown or black when older. my hair had always been straight and thin however as I got older and especially giving birth....the hormonal changes from pregnancy can do this.

Scalp hair grows approximately 1/2 inch a month. If a strand gets pulled out by the root, it takes a month till you see new growth from that hair follicle. It's not pubic hair, not race, not what planet you're from. The follicle size and shape is what determines what type of hair you have, and yes, it can change with time. The out of place strand has a damaged follicle, making a wonky looking strand.

Do you have any bumps on your scalp? I had a cyst on my scalp which was affecting my hair folicals. I had those same curly hairs in one place. once the cyst was removed, my hair went back to normal.
