Hulk Hogan’s fortune could split his family

Hulk Hogan’s passing has set the stage for a possible family showdown over his $25 million estate. Florida law means his wife of just two years, Sky, will inherit at least 30%—even if his will says otherwise. That’s a huge chunk, especially since Hogan’s relationship with his daughter Brooke was rocky, and she could challenge the will in court. With a Clearwater mansion, thriving businesses, and a tangled family history, this inheritance could get messy fast. How do you think families should handle big inheritances when relationships are strained? Have you seen similar situations play out? #Relationships #HulkHogan #FamilyDrama

If a child estranges themselves then that should be taken into account. Im sure he had something done will wise to protect his wife and whomever he wanted to give to. I personally have 2 daughters who have estranged from me. I have changed everything in my financial world to not include them. Why should they benefit from my death when they do not care about me when alive?

As a Paralegal I will always say honor the deceased members last wishes in their will ALWAYS. Nobody has the right to steal anything from the home, business or properties when a will is in place. My family stole from me and each other once my Dad’s Alzheimer’s disease progressed too far for him to make his own decisions. They had him sign a DPOA from online that took me out of control as his Power of Attorney and then changed his actual will leaving me out, I know he would never do that. He had his will, Trust, DPOA and DNR done with my mother before she passed (I was with them to help explain things only per their request) but my sisters changed his requests to benefit themselves. I inherited nothing. Funny though, I have so many great memories they can never steal from me. Stuff is stuff and money goes away. They just showed everyone who they are a as t that point. I am doing great by myself. I miss my parents and my eldest sister who I cared for 10+ years, she died also.

Split his family? More so than cheating on his wife with his BF's wife and then dating girls his daughters age? Both parents are idiots.

This is why you have fun after retirement……you worked hard for it, so go out and enjoy it. If you want everyone sad and crying at your funeral, spend it. It should be a sad day when you pass, not people fighting over what you left behind.😲

Money does bad things to people that they think they deserve! Kids aren’t intitled to anything!! He worked for it and whatever they get they should be happy!

Hopefully if he a had a legitimate Will, it should be left alone. But family and lawyers always stick there nose where it doesn't belong. GREED!!

His ex-wife should not get anything. She already got it in the divorce. And as kids had previously sued him so they should not get anything. His kids are entitled little brats.

Blood entitled you to nothing. If you want nothing to do with a parent then you want nothing to do with their money.
