He was in a public space. Anyone could have been caught on the kiss cam, and the fact that they were cuddling was a reason for the kiss cam to focus on them. This is his fault, no one else’s. Why should Chris Martin be sued. He just made a joke about what was on the screen, and he was right about his observations. In public, you have no expectation of privacy.
