Upland’s massive Tesla chargers shut down

Tesla’s huge 64-pump Supercharger station in Upland just went dark—right as more locals are switching to EVs. The county pulled the plug after months of back-and-forth with Tesla over safety and labeling issues, saying the chargers’ power output didn’t match what was listed. This isn’t just a paperwork problem: it’s about making sure everyone charging up is safe. What’s wild is that similar issues might be lurking at other stations in LA and Orange counties. While the fix is possible, there’s no clear timeline. How does this impact your EV plans or daily commute? #Cars #Upland #Tesla

nope
It doesn't. What it does is make me feel good that I don't have worry about it, and sad for the owners of these death traps that lock you in when the things on fire.

What happened? Didn't have a big enough power plants to run that fake clean energy BS?

It doesn’t matter what it says on the charger. The car decides.how much power it takes in

It's the state of CA we have to blame in the first place! If they didn't take the HOV access lanes away from the hybrids and install draconian EV mandates (which do not include hybrids) we would have a stronger EV industry that would be forced to compete with other types of propulsion! We would have better hybrids on the way to better range and charge times for EVs.
