Amazon’s Secret Weapon Against Sneaky Returns

i was shipped a worn pair of jeans that werent even the ones I ordered. How does Amazon ship out a worn pair of jeans and not know this??? They are not even processing the returns, that is how. I cant count how many times they have shipped out an obviously used item as new, but then want to penalize you for returning???!!

Interesting.. I once got a package from Amazon that was empty. I tried to inform them but it was so difficult. So I just sent it back empty and got my refund… 🤔

That's weird when you send something back. They don't even open it and they credit you? I guess I was doing returns wrong. But the reason why I send it back is because I don't want it.

I received an empty plastic envelope with the entire side torn open — it was supposed to contain a book for my grandson. I explained the situation, and they asked me to return the item. So, I sent back the empty envelope, just as I received it. Yet they kept insisting I return it. What the heck? I was sent nothing but damaged packaging and ended up being charged twice for the book. So frustrating!

This why I no longer buy online from any online seller including Amazon. If I cannot see it and buy it directly I don't want it.

Amazon is becoming a real joke. I've had nothing but trouble with them for the last year. Here's just one example: I ordered a set of shelves $30 I was sent a $5 pair of kids pajamas. They expected me to go 20 miles to return them and when I refused they wouldn't refund.

I ordered a new handbag & got one that was just about wrecked. broken strap, lots of debris inside the pockets, scratched up leather, ruined finish on the zippers & one of the zipper pulls looks like it went thru a grinder. I was so angry that the seller would even think to send out such a piece of crap.

I have found that using the prime free shipping method does not guarantee you two days you could still not see a product in some cases up to one whole month I ordered a weed puller 2 weeks ago and it's still not here ordered a ladder said that it had gone missing would take a whole month to get to me canceled the order and went to another Merchant and got it within a matter of a couple of days just curious some of the stuff that they're having sold on their site does it have to be shipped all the way from China when they were having the toilet paper shortage I ordered a big box of it they later refunded the price because I had not received it in over 6 weeks, about an additional 6 weeks it arrived so I guess one thing you can say is I got free toilet paper but you could also tell it came from China

People should go to jail for that.

I ordered a $200 something dollars slushie /ice cream machine that tape on the box looked like it had been opened. Sure enough when I opened the box, the knob was broken off the machine and just fell to the floor. Plus the cord was barely tied back with the wrapper. I knew then that this was a returned item that was shipped to me as being new. I immediately sent it back to Amazon for my refund.
