Boss Expects Me to Do 3 People's Jobs After Promotion 😭

Hey everyone, I really need your advice right now because I'm completely lost 😔 I'm 26 and worked my way up from intern to department head in just 3 years at this marketing firm. The money is great - I'm making almost triple what I started with! But here's the problem... After half my team quit last month, my boss just assumed I'd pick up all their work without hiring replacements. I'm literally doing the job of three people now 😩 On top of that, I found out through the grapevine that she's been talking trash about me to other managers, saying I'm "too ambitious" and "difficult to work with." I'm having panic attacks daily and can barely sleep anymore. I found this amazing opportunity at a startup - better work-life balance, actual mentorship, room to grow - but it's 10k less than what I'm making now. Should I take the pay cut for my sanity?
