Lexington’s East End is taking center stage with the premiere of “Everything In Its Place,” a film crafted by local voices and inspired by real community stories. This isn’t just another movie—it’s a heartfelt tribute to the neighborhood’s history, culture, and the everyday experiences of Black residents in the first district. The project brought together neighbors through storytelling workshops, weaving their memories and personal items right into the script. The premiere at Kentucky Theatre on July 31 is free (with ticket reservation), complete with a red carpet, popcorn, and a post-screening community panel. Who else is excited to see Lexington’s own stories come alive? #Entertainment #Movies #LexingtonKY
