I thought driving down Highway 1 would be a cure. Ocean on one side, cliffs on the other, every turn a postcard. I kept waiting for the view to fix something inside me. But the more I chased the coastline, the more I realized I was just running from myself. I took a hundred photos, none of them felt real. The salt air didn’t wash away the ache. I watched the sun set behind Big Sur and felt nothing but tired. Sometimes the road is just a road. Sometimes the beauty doesn’t reach you. And that’s okay, even if nobody talks about it. #Travel #SoloTravelTruth #PostTripReality
