Those are just artistic renditions, and the sketches that are exqggerated, are simply called caricatures. Most people didnt ACTUALLY sport some exaggerated style like these. Theyre DRAWINGS.

that mtv show dogfaced boy was just weird. and of course Primus. Soundgarden had a similar style in black hole sun. i blame Lazy Town and their oddly realistic puppets.
