Toilet Paper Prices Going Up—Here’s Why

LIES! Toilet paper is made in USA. We were told this over & over during PANDEMIC. This is nothing but CORPORATE GREED!

Use cut up old rags, wipe, wash and reuse like they did before the toilet paper

Stupid. The US manufactures its own toilet paper. Its bad enough they have downsized the rolls, now this?

I heard toilet paper was solely made in the u.s. so shouldn't have tariffs if that's true.

Proctor and Gamble closed their wood processing operation in northeastern Pennsylvania in favor of importing wood pulp from other countries to make more money. Now they are too cheap to reopen locally sourced wood and open up local jobs. Now they are going to raise prices to consumers to pay the increased costs of continuing to use foreign materials.Tarrifs are meant to equal the playing field, not to gouge customers. If you want to stop this, stop buying their products!

Prices going up ,like everyone didn’t know this. Americans knew the minute tariffs were started we would be paying. Even if they stop now prices won’t go down because bottom line companies get huge profits.

I never wipe my ass anyway so don’t matter to me , me & my dog have scoot races throughout the house

All these companies are making trillions of dollars a year off of the consumers you and I! They’re just using the tariffs as a reason to raise their price so instead of getting a one hundred foot yacht they now have to get a 75 foot yacht big deal.! It’s just an excuse to raise the price just like businesses charging for you to use plastic bags to put purchases in, and everything you purchase is wrapped in plastic! It’s just another scam for companies to use. They will do and say whatever they want just to raise prices. It gives them an excuse.!
