The other day I was going through my drawers and found my old Revlon Colourstay “Not Just Nudes” palette. I figured I'd try it again just for fun. To my surprise, it blended beautifully, better than some of my newer, pricier stuff. It made me wonder if I‘ve just been brainwashed by new launches and sleek packaging, using high-end shadows thinking they’re upgrades, but maybe I've been slowly accepting worse performance for more money. Also reminded me of how my daughter plays with my old makeup (no way I’m letting her use those sketchy “kids” makeup kits), and honestly some of this stuff is holding up shockingly well.
