T-Mobile’s “Free Upgrade” or Forced Switch?

They know only 3 companies out there, Mobile, At&t and Verizon. where are you going to go, they are all butchers when it comes to their CEO to make his bonus and paycheck of couple hundred million dollars. Just like Taxes, Insurance, Medical, housing, Travel, Water, Light etc.. where you gonna go?

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO T-mobile!!!!!!! I paid my phone off iPhone 14 Plus & they still trued to keep my phone locked & they said I had 1 more payment but I knew I didn't so I went into my online account & got my transfer pin & took it to my current carrier & I upgraded to 15 plus no hassle I was switch in a hour:-) NEVER AGAIN T-Mobile!!!! ✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽Don't fall for their tricks and the rebate scam because nobody qualified for it even if your phone is in great condition. Once you sign up that's it!!!

T Mobile is No better then Sprint Same Crap Different Name Rotten signal ,Pretty bad I have to use my WIFI to make a call from inside my house, But thay sure love to tac on fees and raise prices, and TMobile. Tuesday what a Joke most suff offered not around us and even if you got all your phones with you to get a Mobile Tuesday gift you gotta bring a person with each phone ,I PAY for the phones and I don't always have a person for the other phone due to health issues, IT should be in accord to haw many phones and lines Thay need to rethink their customer service

I use Metro which unfortunately is now a subsidiary of T-Mobile but my Metro contract has been ironclad for 14 years. I get marketed by T-Mobile all the time to switch with offers of free Samsung phones but only guarantee two years on contracts. I'll stick with Metro.

I say we all get together and do a class action lawsuit suit against T-mobile doing this without our permission

I have T-Mobile, no problems with any of my phones, tablet, wifi, or tracker in my car. mine is the 55 plan for mature adults, I've sent friends to them and have enjoyed their service. I've had all the others and they were all a joke to me.

its BS, they were signed contracts and just because they can they shouldn't. If the people on the other end of the contracts tried this crap it would never fly. Just another case of he who has the gold makes the f-ing rules.🤔
