Just saw Kelvin Sampson send some major respect to Bill Self after his recent health scare. The Cougars’ boss called Self a “generational coach”—not just opinion, but fact. Their rivalry goes way back to the Oral Roberts vs. Wazzu days in ‘93, and it’s still going strong. Houston even went 2-0 vs. Kansas this season, including that double-OT classic at Allen Fieldhouse.
