I stopped going when every single item my family loved to order was taken off the menu. The portion sizes became a joke, and the prices for the reduced portions jumped 20%. No more!

It used to be a good company with a wide variety of breads and decent prices. They have greatly cut back on their varieties and prices shooting up through the roof. Self-inflicted problems.

Well, lots of negative comments for sure; however, the CNU Panera, though very expensive, is GREAT!!! We go there about twice a week and the food is ALWAYS very good and the employees and manager help make the dining experience a pleasure!!!
