Go to husband with 2 business cards - a divorce lawyer and a marriage counselor’s cards. Tell him to choose one or you will choose for him. Tell him that unless he moves his mother back out, you’ll be choosing the lawyer. Explain that he’s no longer making decisions for 1. And when he unilaterally chooses to do something without consulting his wife, he’s 1) disrespecting his wife & family. 2) telling her he DOESN’T care enough about her to even ask. 3) he’s telling her that his mother has priority over his wife. That’s not a marriage, it’s a dictatorship. This is the wife’s home too, not his mother’s. A friend of mine let her sister move in and next thing you know, her sister brings in her boyfriend without asking. Then he proceeded to take over the house like it was his! It was hell on earth for her and her daughter.
