Classic upgrade! The space instantly feels more luxurious without that ugly oversized tub. The tile work looks stunning and durable. My only concern is those cabinet towers. I abhor showers. I wouldn’t buy a house without a colossal tub in the master bath. I also can’t stand to stay in a hotel room that has only a shower.

There is no law that says you have to have a tub in your house, especially in the master bath. However, it is a selling point to have at least one for resale value for people with young children.

I wouldn't buy a house that didn't have a tub. no large shallow tubs for me. I want a deep soaking tub.
