For the record, farmworkers are legally entitled to have access to bathroom facilities. OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) mandates that employers provide sanitary and readily available toilet facilities for all workers, including those in agriculture. This includes providing separate facilities for men and women, ensuring privacy, and making them accessible within a reasonable distance from the work area. Illegals are a different story which is why our farm owners need to be held accountable for employing them.
