In 4/2023 i was headed LV for my BD on SWA when all computers for SW went down(so we were told)sat on runway for 3 hrs they gave us free drinks snacks and let you off plane to get food if u wanted to, but then plane took off and we landed in LV without any other delays, all the flight attendants, pilot kept us informed and best of all we did not have be rerouted to another plane👍🏼

Amidst increased cost to fly with Southwest, news reports like this decrease customer confidence in their once upon a time customer loyalty. Higher over all travel cost, reports of increased maintenance issues and personnel shortages resulting in canceled flights and stranded passengers....Benefits to fly with Southwest seem to be slipping fast.

We’ve never had one issue with SWA. Now United or Delta different story. One problem after another. We go out of our way NOT to fly on either of those.
