I’m really glad they did. He’s the first 17 time champion now he can have some good rivalries for the next four months and then retire. John Cena is basically like Hulk Hogan. He has given so much to the wrestling world. He needs to go out on a good note.

it makes sense. he has Aug, Sept, October and November left. It can be a great 4 month build up. Maybe a TV match, and a ppv gimmick match to keep the score 1 to 1 And his final match can be at survivor series when he defeats his biggest rival.

Cena was not believable as a heel. He was boring. WWE missed an opportunity letting Carlito leave without him attacking Cena and revitalizing their feud from before.
