A senior dog’s heartbreak in Massachusetts

The dog was already there when the rule was changed. He should be grandfathered in and allowed to stay!! For God's sake, he is 15yrs old!@@

If the people of whom the rules were changed on had some prior notice; they could have filed a ETSA I believe it's called:Emotional Therapy Support Animal application with a request for ASAP expedited response because of the rules changing in their senior living facility and gotten a registered letter that the senior complex could not have rejected nor could they have given notice to the tenant to have to move out as that's clearly discrimination as the registration would have proven necessity. Sometimes in some states you would need a Dr. letter to accompany the application - however, it is rarely a problem for an elderly person to have a Dr that would deny having a letter written up to support their patient. I don't think that any state can legally expel a tenant in that position with the permit just like there is no stores that can ban any customer with an ETSA animal wearing the official harness vest with leash on the animal from shopping in their store at all either!!!

Name & shame the senior living place that caused this because it wouldn’t grandfather this poor dog.

This sad story should be shown on National News Stations. Name and Shame the Facility. Bombard them with Letters, E-mails... whatever it takes to reunite these Two....shame on the horrible People who let this happen 😡

What a disgusting cruel and inhumane act to do. Get a lawyer go get your dog back.
